作為海南自貿港重點清潔能源工程，海南CZ2海上風電示范項目（二期）建設正全速推進。截至目前，已累計完成20余根大型鋼管樁安裝。

海南CZ2海上風電示范項目總裝機容量達120萬千瓦，全容量投產后每年可提供約37億千瓦時清潔電能。該項目鋼管樁為非嵌巖單樁結構，樁長96米，重達近1900噸，沉樁精度要求嚴苛，施工難度極大。在這一高難度作業中，“天沨10”自航全回轉起重船及其搭載的GENMA 3000噸重型浮式起重機擔當了沉樁作業的主力裝備。

“天沨10”由南通潤邦海洋工程裝備有限公司承建，總長149.8米，配備DP2動力定位系統，于2023年交付投用。該船搭載的GENMA 3000噸重型浮式起重機由南通潤邦重機有限公司自主研發建造，在固定尾吊狀態下最大起重量達3000噸，最大起吊高度110米，具備起升、變幅及360°連續全回轉作業功能，該起重機已于2024年入選江蘇省首臺（套）重大裝備名單。

交付以來，“天沨10”已先后參與海南儋州、廣東陽江和海南臨高等多個海上風電項目建設。此次在海南CZ2項目中的持續發力，再次驗證了GENMA 3000噸浮吊在大型海上風電樁基施工中的可靠性與作業能力。隨著項目后續建設的推進，GENMA將繼續為海上風電產業發展提供堅實保障。

A key clean energy project of the Hainan Free Trade Port, the Hainan CZ2 Offshore Wind Demonstration Project (Phase II) has now installed over 20 large-diameter steel piles.

The 1.2 GW project will generate about 3.7 billion kWh of clean electricity annually. Each monopile is 96 meters long and weighs nearly 1,900 tons — demanding extreme precision.

At the heart of this operation is the heavy-lift vessel "Tianfeng 10" and its onboard GENMA 3000t floating heavy lift crane.

Built by Nantong Rainbow Offshore, "Tianfeng 10" is 149.8 meters long, equipped with DP2 dynamic positioning, and delivered in 2023. The GENMA 3000t crane — independently designed and manufactured by Nantong Rainbow Heavy Machineries — delivers 3,000t lifting capacity and 110m hoisting height, with full luffing and 360° continuous slewing. It was named a Jiangsu "First Set Major Equipment" in 2024.

"Tianfeng 10" has already served multiple offshore wind projects across China, including Danzhou, Yangjiang, and Lingao. Its continued performance at CZ2 confirms the reliability of the GENMA 3000t floating crane for large-scale monopile installation.
