近日，由GENMA南通生產基地——子公司潤邦重機生產制造的兩臺GENMA品牌氧化鋁氣力卸船機裝船發運，啟航前往印度尼西亞。此次交付將進一步增強GENMA在東南亞市場的裝備供應與服務能力，展現中國高端裝備“走出去”的堅實步伐。

該批次氧化鋁氣力卸船機卸載能力達400噸/小時，可適配最大75,000噸級（DWT）船舶的作業需求。設備搭載GENMA自主研發的自適應吸料技術，結合PLC智能控制系統，實現了物料吸取過程的智能化調控與平穩運行，在提升作業效率的同時，顯著降低了設備能耗。

Recently, two GENMA-brand alumina pneumatic ship unloaders, manufactured by Nantong Rainbow Heavy Machineries Co., Ltd. (the GENMA production base in Nantong), were successfully loaded and have set sail for Indonesia. This delivery will further strengthen GENMA's equipment supply and service capabilities in the Southeast Asian market, demonstrating the solid progress of high-end Chinese equipment "going global."

These alumina pneumatic ship unloaders feature an unloading capacity of 400 tons per hour and can handle vessels of up to 75,000 DWT. Employing GENMA's independently developed adaptive suction technology and equipped with a PLC intelligent control system, they achieve intelligent regulation and stable operation of the material intake process, enhancing operational efficiency while significantly reducing energy consumption.

In terms of safety, the pitching mechanism of the unloader innovatively adopts a dual-wire rope winding system. If one wire rope breaks, the other can independently maintain stable tension for the beam, effectively preventing safety incidents caused by rope failure and improving operational reliability under complex working conditions.
