近期，GENMA為新大洋造船打造的一臺(tái)800噸造船龍門(mén)吊順利完成吊裝，標(biāo)志著該項(xiàng)目進(jìn)入設(shè)備調(diào)試與交付準(zhǔn)備的新階段。

該項(xiàng)目在運(yùn)輸環(huán)節(jié)，面臨了較大挑戰(zhàn)。龍門(mén)吊主梁長(zhǎng)180米，運(yùn)輸中船艉外挑50米，形成大懸臂，對(duì)駁船穩(wěn)性和結(jié)構(gòu)安全要求極高。GENMA項(xiàng)目團(tuán)隊(duì)采用SPMT整體滾裝工藝，創(chuàng)新應(yīng)用可控船艉大懸臂裝載穩(wěn)固方案，通過(guò)多工況仿真計(jì)算和實(shí)時(shí)應(yīng)力姿態(tài)監(jiān)測(cè)，精準(zhǔn)控制結(jié)構(gòu)受力，克服長(zhǎng)江航道水流復(fù)雜、通航密集等難題，順利完成特大件浮運(yùn)。

設(shè)備運(yùn)抵客戶(hù)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)后，吊裝作業(yè)同樣面臨較高難度。相比以往項(xiàng)目，現(xiàn)場(chǎng)水深條件更復(fù)雜、作業(yè)空間更狹小，項(xiàng)目采用兩臺(tái)浮吊協(xié)同抬吊，吊點(diǎn)布置、載荷分配及浮吊站位均需精密計(jì)算與反復(fù)推演。GENMA項(xiàng)目團(tuán)隊(duì)與客戶(hù)及吊裝協(xié)作單位緊密配合，從方案論證、現(xiàn)場(chǎng)統(tǒng)籌到安全管控，各環(huán)節(jié)高效銜接，最終確保龍門(mén)吊平穩(wěn)吊裝，充分體現(xiàn)了團(tuán)隊(duì)的專(zhuān)業(yè)能力和協(xié)調(diào)水平。

目前，項(xiàng)目正按計(jì)劃穩(wěn)步推進(jìn)。下一步，GENMA將有序開(kāi)展設(shè)備調(diào)試及相關(guān)試驗(yàn)工作，盡快使該龍門(mén)吊形成作業(yè)生產(chǎn)能力，為客戶(hù)的船舶建造提供高效、可靠的起重裝備支持。

Recently, an 800-tonne shipbuilding gantry crane built by GENMA for a leading shipyard in China was successfully lifted into place, marking a new phase of commissioning and delivery preparation.

Compared with previous projects, this lift faced more complex water depth conditions and tighter working space, requiring precise planning and close coordination. Two floating cranes worked in tandem, with lifting points, load distribution and crane positioning all carefully calculated. GENMA worked closely with the customer and the lifting partner throughout — from scheme verification to on-site safety control — ensuring the gantry crane was smoothly positioned and demonstrating strong professionalism and coordination.

The project is now progressing as planned. Next, GENMA will carry out commissioning and related testing in an orderly manner, aiming to bring the gantry crane into operational production as soon as possible and provide efficient, reliable lifting support for the shipyard's shipbuilding operations.
