近日，長江上海段水域，一套由GENMA打造的成套海上散貨過駁系統(tǒng)與兩臺100噸智能過駁吊，穩(wěn)穩(wěn)裝載于半潛船之上，正式解纜起航，駛向西非海岸。這批GENMA裝備將直抵非洲礦產(chǎn)出口一線，用高效、可靠的“海上移動碼頭”，破解深水大船難靠淺水港的物流困局。

此次發(fā)運的過駁系統(tǒng)由克令吊、料斗、皮帶機及裝船機構(gòu)成，可在深水區(qū)實現(xiàn)礦石從小型駁船向遠洋巨輪的高效不間斷轉(zhuǎn)運，提升礦石裝卸效率。同船發(fā)運的兩臺過駁吊則將進一步提升碼頭前沿的裝卸靈活性與覆蓋能力。三臺套設(shè)備均已完成空載調(diào)試，抵達非洲后直接開展帶載測試。

面向海上高鹽霧、多風(fēng)浪的嚴苛環(huán)境，整套設(shè)備采用耐腐蝕防護與低重心穩(wěn)定設(shè)計，保障復(fù)雜海況下安全高效運行。服務(wù)方面，GENMA已在摩洛哥丹吉爾、肯尼亞蒙巴薩設(shè)立服務(wù)點和備件倉庫，幾內(nèi)亞博法省的配件倉庫也將于年內(nèi)投用，為設(shè)備運營提供就近支持。

On 28 May, a complete GENMA offshore bulk transhipment system and two 100-tonne intelligent offshore transhipment cranes were secured aboard a semi-submersible vessel on the Yangtze River in Shanghai and cast off for West Africa. The equipment will head straight to the front line of Africa’s mineral exports, serving as an efficient, reliable “floating terminal” that solves the logistical challenge of loading deep-water vessels unable to access shallow ports.

The transhipment system – comprising deck cranes, hoppers, a belt conveyor and a ship loader – enables non-stop transfer of ore from small barges to ocean-going vessels in deep water, sharply improving loading efficiency. The two offshore transhipment cranes shipped alongside will further boost quayside handling flexibility and coverage. All three units have completed no-load commissioning and will move directly to load testing upon arrival in Africa.

Built for harsh offshore conditions with high salt spray and heavy seas, the equipment features anti-corrosion protection and a low-centre-of-gravity, high-stability design for safe, efficient operation in challenging sea states. On the service side, GENMA already operates service points and spare parts warehouses in Tangier, Morocco, and Mombasa, Kenya, with another warehouse in Boffa, Guinea, due to open this year – ensuring local support is always within reach.
