近日，GENMA為印度客戶打造的三臺(tái)大型橋式抓斗卸船機(jī)在潤(rùn)禾碼頭順利完成發(fā)運(yùn)，將助力客戶港口提升散貨裝卸效率。

此次發(fā)運(yùn)的設(shè)備隸屬于去年GENMA簽訂的14臺(tái)橋式抓斗卸船機(jī)訂單，其中包括12臺(tái)額定效率1,500噸/小時(shí)和2臺(tái)2,000噸/小時(shí)機(jī)型。該批設(shè)備全部由南通潤(rùn)邦重機(jī)有限公司生產(chǎn)制造，本次三臺(tái)設(shè)備的順利發(fā)運(yùn)，標(biāo)志著訂單交付陸續(xù)進(jìn)入實(shí)質(zhì)性階段。

GENMA橋式抓斗卸船機(jī)具備獨(dú)特的“抓斗+吊鉤”雙作業(yè)模式：抓斗模式下可高效處理煤炭、礦石等大宗散貨，適用于7萬(wàn)至24萬(wàn)噸級(jí)散貨船；吊鉤模式下可靈活裝卸鋼板、鋼管等件雜貨。此外，設(shè)備還具備逆向裝船功能，可實(shí)現(xiàn)抓斗裝船及集裝箱翻轉(zhuǎn)裝船，真正實(shí)現(xiàn)“一機(jī)多用”。其中2,000噸/小時(shí)機(jī)型專為煤炭、鐵礦石等高效卸載設(shè)計(jì)，配備自動(dòng)定位、起升同步等先進(jìn)功能，作業(yè)精準(zhǔn)穩(wěn)定，能耗更低。

此前，GENMA已為該客戶提供多臺(tái)橋式抓斗卸船機(jī)和移動(dòng)式港口起重機(jī)，雙方保持長(zhǎng)期良好合作。GENMA將繼續(xù)以創(chuàng)新技術(shù)為驅(qū)動(dòng)，確保剩余設(shè)備高質(zhì)量交付，為客戶港口運(yùn)營(yíng)持續(xù)創(chuàng)造價(jià)值。

GENMA recently shipped three large grab ship un-loaders from RHP Port , destined for a key customer in India to enhance bulk cargo handling efficiency at their port.

These three units are part of a 14-unit order secured by GENMA last July, which includes twelve 1,500 t/h and two 2,000 t/h grab ship un-loaders. All equipment is manufactured by Nantong Rainbow Heavy Machineries. This shipment marks a solid step forward in delivering the full order.

GENMA's grab ship un-loaders feature a dual-mode "grab + hook" operation. In grab mode, they efficiently handle coal, ore, and other bulk materials for vessels from 70,000 to 240,000 DWT. In hook mode, they can easily lift steel plates, pipes, and general cargo. The units also support reverse loading – using the grab to load cargo from the yard onto ships, or even container flipping for rapid loading – making them truly multi-purpose. The 2,000 t/h models, designed specifically for high-efficiency unloading of coal and iron ore, come with auto-positioning and synchronized hoisting for precise, stable, and energy-saving operation.
