      此次交付的自卸式礦車車斗專為客戶現(xiàn)場(chǎng)的高效運(yùn)營(yíng)需求定制，其底部配備自動(dòng)開(kāi)閉門，可實(shí)現(xiàn)便捷卸貨，相較于傳統(tǒng)后卸式卡車車廂，具備更高效的卸載能力，將助力客戶優(yōu)化鋁土礦運(yùn)載，為客戶現(xiàn)場(chǎng)的持續(xù)增產(chǎn)提供堅(jiān)實(shí)保障。

Last month, the 215-tonne “belly dump” bauxite trailer customized by Nantong Rainbow Heavy Machineries Co., Ltd. (RHM) for global mining company Rio Tinto was successfully delivered and put into operation at the client’s site.

This 215-tonne “belly dump” bauxite trailer features an automated discharging function, specifically designed to enhance operational efficiency at the client's site. Compared to conventional rear-dump truck configurations, the innovative discharge system enables significantly faster unloading cycles. The solution will optimize bauxite haulage operations and provide a robust foundation for sustained production increases.

At the delivery ceremony, Rio Tinto Pacific Operations Aluminium Managing Director Armando Torres and Rio Tinto Pacific Operations Aluminium Chief Operating Officer Steve Badenhorst commended RHM’s robust supply chain reliability and comprehensive project execution capability. The successful commissioning of this trailer demonstrates the strong strategic partnership between Rio Tinto and RHM, as well as reflects the companies’ shared commitment to operational efficiency and technological innovation.

As the first Chinese supplier of these trailers to Rio Tinto, RHM successfully delivered the inaugural 215-tonne “belly dump” bauxite trailer.
