近日，GENMA為客戶提供的海上過駁系統在連續穩定運行三個月后順利完成交付。

該過駁系統由2臺克令吊、2個大容量料斗、1套皮帶機和1臺裝船機組成。自項目啟動以來，在客戶方及各方合作伙伴的大力支持與緊密協作下，系統順利完成發運、帶載測試并投入商業運營。

值得一提的是，這套過駁系統與此前交付的4臺過駁吊屬于該船東同一批次訂單。隨著此次過駁系統順利交付，該批次訂單已全部按期完成，能在較短時間內實現多類裝備的按期交付，再次體現了GENMA出色的履約能力。

目前，GENMA售服工程師正隨船駐守，提供全天候技術支持，確保任何突發問題都能第一時間響應。與此同時，GENMA在幾內亞的售服配件倉庫已于今年9月正式投用，儲備了過駁系統所需的常用備件，為設備維護和緊急搶修提供快速保障。

從駐船工程師到本地備件庫，GENMA正在將服務前置，讓客戶在海上過駁作業中無后顧之憂，這種“交付即服務”的模式，體現的正是GENMA對客戶長期運營的承諾。未來，我們將繼續以專業、高效的服務，守護每一臺設備的穩定運行，與客戶并肩前行。

After three months of stable operation, GENMA has officially delivered a transhipment system to its customer.

The system includes two cranes, two large-capacity hoppers, one belt conveyor, and one shiploader. With strong support from the customer and partners, it completed shipping, load testing, and entered commercial service.

This system and four Transshipment Floating Cranes were part of the same batch order for the shipowner. With this delivery, the full batch has been completed on schedule — a strong reflection of GENMA’s delivery capability.

GENMA service engineers are now stationed onboard, providing round-the-clock support. A spare parts warehouse in Guinea, operational since September, ensures fast access to common spares for maintenance and emergency repairs.
