近日，GENMA收到泰國宋卡客戶工程部發來的表揚信，對公司售后工程師Lucas Luo在深水港為期3個月的專業服務給予高度肯定。

在駐場期間，Lucas不僅高效完成了RTG設備的日常維保和問題處理，更以主動的服務意識和扎實的技術功底，多次為客戶解決設備技術問題。現場巡視中，他發現操作人員不熟悉TPS功能，集卡對位不準，便主動組織理論和實操培訓，提升碼頭作業效率。面對吊具旋鎖頻報故障，他精準判斷根源在于集裝箱箱角變形，并第一時間指導相關人員掌握快速恢復的操作方法。

更令客戶感動的是，Lucas在做好本職工作的同時，還利用空閑時間，毫無保留地為客戶維修團隊開展技術講解和經驗交流，幫助維修人員提升設備了解和自主維保能力。表揚信中寫道：“Lucas展現了杰出的技術專長與敬業精神……他慷慨分享知識，進行動手培訓，顯著增強了我們員工的操作能力。”

We are honored to receive a letter of appreciation from a customer in Songkhla Thailand, commending our after-sales engineer Mr. Lucas Luo for his outstanding 3-month service at Songkhla Port.

During his on-site assignment, Lucas not only efficiently handled daily maintenance and issue resolution for the RTG cranes, but also, with proactive service awareness and solid technical expertise, helped the customer solve equipment-related technical problems. While conducting site inspections, he noticed that operators were unfamiliar with the TPS function, resulting in inaccurate truck alignment. He proactively organized both theoretical and hands-on training sessions, which improved terminal operational efficiency. When the spreader twistlock repeatedly triggered faults, he accurately identified the root cause as deformation of the container corner castings, and immediately guided the relevant personnel on quick recovery procedures.

What touched the customer even more was that, in addition to fulfilling his own duties, Lucas spent his spare time unreservedly providing technical explanations and sharing his experience with the customer's maintenance team, helping them deepen their understanding of GENMA equipment. The appreciation letter reads: “Mr. Lucas Luo demonstrated outstanding technical expertise and dedication... he generously shared his technical knowledge and conducted hands-on training for our maintenance team, significantly enhancing our staff’s operational capabilities.”
