近日，GENMA與JSW Kolkata集裝箱碼頭正式簽署合同，將為該碼頭提供3 臺岸橋及9臺輪胎吊，該項目是GENMA以高度定制化解決方案應對復雜交付條件的又一代表工程。

JSW Kolkata集裝箱碼頭隸屬于JSW集團旗下印度第二大私營商業港口運營商JSW Infrastructure Ltd，該集團正沿印度東西海岸拓展業務布局，重點建設高效、環境可持續的港口設施，Kolkata碼頭項目則是其向印度東部戰略版圖進一步延伸的重要舉措。

據當前項目計劃，起重機將于2027 年發運，與常規海港交付不同，Kolkata碼頭位于內河航道，運輸船舶需通過船閘通行，因此起重機必須采用小噸位船舶進行多批次運輸，這給物流方案規劃和現場協調帶來了顯著難度。與此同時，項目團隊還需將季風季節納入整體施工工期，確保關鍵安裝節點在有限的氣象窗口內完成。

GENMA has recently been awarded a contract by JSW Kolkata Container Terminal Pvt Limited, a subsidiary of JSW Infrastructure Ltd, to supply three STS and nine RTG cranes. The project marks another undertaking in which GENMA will apply its highly customized solutions to navigate complex delivery conditions.

JSW Kolkata Container Terminal is part of JSW Infrastructure Ltd., India's second-largest private commercial port operator. The group has been strategically expanding its presence along both the eastern and western coasts of India with a focus on efficient and environmentally sustainable port infrastructure. The Kolkata terminal project represents a further strategic extension of JSW Infrastructure's footprint into eastern India.

Under the current project schedule, the crane deliveries are set to commence in 2027. Unlike conventional seaport deliveries, the Kolkata terminal is situated along an inland waterway, where access for transport vessels is regulated by lock gates. As a result, the cranes will need to be shipped in multiple batches using smaller-tonnage vessels—a requirement that adds considerable complexity to both shipment planning and on-site coordination.

In addition, the project team must factor the monsoon season into the overall execution timeline, ensuring that critical installation milestones are achieved within limited weather windows.
