子公司潤邦海洋第二艘13000DWT雙相不銹鋼化學品船開工
近日,子公司潤邦海洋為德國百年航運企業集團ESSBERGER建造的第二艘13000DWT雙相不銹鋼化學品船順利開工,標志著該船正式進入建造階段。ESSBERGER總經理Johan Isaksen、現場經理Lars Skjelbred,Link Marine負責人Preben Rasmussen,DNV船級社項目經理陶勇,潤邦海洋常務副總經理方如意及公司項目組成員等現場見證這一關鍵節點。這是繼該系列首制船開工后,潤邦海洋在高端不銹鋼化學品船建造領域的又一次重要推進。

13000DWT雙相不銹鋼化學品船滿足冰區1A航行要求,且滿足Tier III排放、甲醇預留、風帆預留等高性能要求,總長132米,型寬21.8米,設計18個獨立貨艙,采用的雙相不銹鋼作為貨艙核心材料,具備優異的耐腐蝕性和低溫韌性,可安全運輸苯類、醇類等高附加值化學品,具有貨物裝載能力強、貨品適應性高、環保節能等特點,主要適用于國際航線各類化學品運輸。
目前,該系列首制船的建造工作正有條不紊地推進,此次第二艘船的順利開工,不僅為后續船舶的連續、高效建造奠定了堅實基礎,也將進一步提升潤邦海洋在特種船舶領域的規模效應與品牌影響力。
Recently, ROC held a steel cutting ceremony for the second 13,000 DWT duplex stainless steel chemical tanker built for ESSBERGER, a century-old German shipping group, marking the official start of construction. The key milestone was witnessed on site by Johan Isaksen, Managing Director of ESSBERGER; Lars Skjelbred, Site Manager; Preben Rasmussen, Director of Link Marine; Tao Yong, Project Manager from DNV; Roy Fang, Executive Deputy General Manager of ROC and members of the project team. This marks another significant advancement for ROC in the field of high-end stainless steel chemical tanker construction, following the start of the first vessel in the series.
The 13,000 DWT duplex stainless steel chemical tanker is designed for ice class 1A navigation and meets Tier III emission standards, with methanol-ready and wind-assisted propulsion-ready features. The vessel has an overall length of 132 meters, a breadth of 21.8 meters, and is designed with 18 independent cargo tanks. Duplex stainless steel is used as the core material for the cargo tanks, offering excellent corrosion resistance and low-temperature toughness, enabling the safe transport of high-value-added chemicals such as benzenes and alcohols. The vessel is characterized by strong cargo-carrying capacity, high cargo flexibility, environmental protection, and energy efficiency, making it suitable for transporting various chemicals on international routes.
Construction of the first vessel in the series is currently progressing steadily. The successful start of the second vessel not only lays a solid foundation for the continuous and efficient construction of subsequent vessels but will also further enhance ROC’s scale and brand influence in the specialized vessel sector.
