近日，GENMA品牌為印度客戶提供的兩臺125噸移動式港口起重機（MHC）正式啟航發(fā)運。值得一提的是，這是GENMA為該客戶提供的第六臺與第七臺 MHC設備，標志著雙方戰(zhàn)略合作的持續(xù)深化，也彰顯了客戶對 GENMA 產(chǎn)品品質(zhì)與服務能力的長期信賴。

此次發(fā)運的MHC設備由GENMA高端裝備制造基地——子公司潤邦重機生產(chǎn)制造。設備配備抓斗與吊鉤雙作業(yè)模式，吊鉤工況下最大起重量為125噸，抓斗工況下最大工作效率達1,100噸/小時，將主要用于客戶碼頭煤炭與件雜貨的裝卸作業(yè)。設備起升、行走采用變頻驅(qū)動，回轉(zhuǎn)和變幅采用液壓驅(qū)動的組合方案，兼具電控的精準高效與液壓的強勁平穩(wěn)兩大優(yōu)勢。

在智能化方面，該設備融合了先進的智能挖取技術，可自動規(guī)劃抓斗的最優(yōu)抓取路徑與挖取深度，不僅能夠顯著提升設備作業(yè)效率，同時降低操作人員勞動強度與安全風險，為客戶打造“智能、高效、安全”的港口作業(yè)解決方案。

Two 125-ton Mobile Harbor Cranes (MHC) provided by GENMA for an Indian client recently set sail. Notably, these are the sixth and seventh MHC units supplied by GENMA to this client, signifying the continuous deepening of their strategic partnership and highlighting the client's long-standing trust in GENMA's product quality and service capabilities.

These shipped MHC units were manufactured at GENMA's high-end equipment production base—Nantong Rainbow Heavy Machineries Co., Ltd., Equipped with dual-operation modes for grabs and hooks, the cranes have a maximum lifting capacity of 125 tons under hook operation and a maximum working efficiency of 1,100 tons per hour under grab operation. They will be primarily used for coal and general cargo handling operations at the client's terminal. The cranes employ a combination of frequency conversion drive for hoisting and traveling, and hydraulic drive for slewing and luffing, integrating the advantages of precise and efficient electronic control with the powerful and smooth performance of hydraulic systems.

In terms of intelligence, these cranes incorporate advanced smart digging technology, which automatically plans the optimal grabbing path and digging depth for the grab. This not only significantly enhances operational efficiency but also reduces operator workload and safety risks, providing the client with an "intelligent, efficient, and safe" port operation solution.
