近日，潤(rùn)邦股份旗下德國(guó)KOCH公司宣布與客戶(hù)正式簽約，將為阿聯(lián)酋某重大項(xiàng)目提供全球最大的門(mén)式刮板堆取料機(jī)及堆場(chǎng)皮帶輸送系統(tǒng)。此次合作標(biāo)志著KOCH在大型散料處理領(lǐng)域再次突破技術(shù)邊界，以創(chuàng)新工程能力引領(lǐng)行業(yè)變革。

其中兩臺(tái)新型門(mén)式堆取料機(jī)的軌距71.25米，取料能力高達(dá)4,000噸每小時(shí)。該設(shè)備基于KOCH（前蒂森克虜伯物料輸送業(yè)務(wù)單元）于2014年交付的四臺(tái)同類(lèi)成熟機(jī)型進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì)優(yōu)化和升級(jí)打造，同時(shí)，延續(xù)了其穩(wěn)定可靠的基因。針對(duì)項(xiàng)目特殊需求，系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)全面契合石油天然氣行業(yè)最高標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，能夠在強(qiáng)腐蝕性海洋環(huán)境與硫磺爆炸性粉塵區(qū)域持續(xù)穩(wěn)定運(yùn)行。

We are pleased to announce that KOCH Solutions has signed a contract with a client, to design and supply the world’s largest portal stacker reclaimer and belt conveying system for a project in United Arab Emirates.
These two new portal stacker reclaimers, with rail gauge 71.25m, reclaiming capacity reaches 4000tph, build on the proven design of four machines previously delivered by KOCH Solutions (formerly ThyssenKrupp Material Handling Business Unit) in 2014.
